Got my notice also! Shocked that it is already Spiderman time! $18.23 shipping to Washington. I was hoping that was the processing email for Superman but I'm not disappointed at all! :)

Saw an alert on my phone for a SS email and thought "Superman?... no, probably Spider-Man" lol.

THIS SPIDER-FAN'S GOT HIS SHIPPING NOTICE!!!!

My favorite Hero is coming home!!!!

JSC Comiquette EX, Olivetti Comiquette Ex, Iron Spidey Comiquette, Legendary SB Ex, Bowen Mini Bust, Bowen Museum Spidey... The collection grows!!!

Nothing yet. I'm actually flexing this one so I'm expecting to be last to get this. Congrats to all who have notice.

I dont normally check the shipping quotes. I'm assuming it has to be that Vancouver and Toronto peeps are closer to major shipping hubs.

If FedEx didn't fly all our stuff from California to freaking Memphis first, I'm sure that would save us (and them) a few bucks on the overall cost!!!

What kind of cod/brokerage charges you guys looking at? Do you self clear?

Got my notice too
I don't know anyone whom self clears but just the usual taxes 13% billed directly to the credit card overlord. If you pay cod it gets costly 10+ taxes on top of that. Frak we pay enough in taxes to get double whammy.

it helps because my packages come directly from bramela so it's 2 days.

I've had stuff come in from the us before where I would pay for my item + nearly half of that declared value in cod / brokerage charges alone + the regular 13% on top which is really costly ( with ups as the carrier)

So you haven't experienced this?

Gize,

I got:

A. My 20 day notice for Spidey
B: The tracking number for Mary Jane
C: Gwen from my LCS

Today. All. Today.

ZOMG

$34.01 to ship to Vancouver... I hate paying the damn fees at the door tho.

I think I remember somebody saying if you created some sort of account with fed-ex it would be a bit cheaper on the fees. Can anyone confirm this?

Fed-Ex site is a pain in the arse.
I created an account a while back and have never been able to sign in to get my account number.
I'll have to Live Chat them next week.

I think they charge via your account saving a few quid in admin fees :dunno
