Just got jack today was broken in the box, his tongue and upper pincer on his head both broken, so mad right now

Think they may have packed the head wrong and broke it when they squeezed the foam togetther, i also have another issue is their a way to get the cane in this dudes hand with out doing something horrible cause i deffinately cracked his finger forsing it in there, good thing this ones going back anyways
