Actually, Bucky Cap is quite popular as the book has been selling extremely well since Rogers' death. Rogers' was always going to come back - whether or not Captain America sold well without him.

It was always in the plans to bring him back when they did as Brubaker has stated in numerous interviews.

Brubaker is a fantastic writer, and this title has been one of the best on the stands for YEARS.

The good thing is the shield will be held up high and not as easily hidden in multi displays as the original Cap PF.

I may be out of the loop, but last I checked I thought that Steve Rogers is back as head of S.H.I.E.L.D., not as Captain America.

I'll definitely be getting this. Already tired of watching the Captain Exclusive being sold for almost $900 + when the piece isn't even worth $300.00. At least now I can have a Captain to go with my Red Skull at a decent price.

you can see the black on the pf looks pleather and i wouldn't be surprised if the whole top blue v-part is interchangeable for exclusive

The mixed media bit for this costume doesn't have any pajama like fabric, so this can turn out pretty good. Also, this is the classic "Avengers Assemble" pose, it would look superb displaying him with the rest of the Avengers/New Avengers PFs. Hopefully that means Sideshow will be making more (New)Avengers PF after Ms. Marvel. Would love to see Dr. Strange and Luke Cage and Iron Fist some day..

It will be interesting to see the rest of him and where the mixed media elements are. fully sculpted costumer + metal shield would rock.

I actually don't like it. The face seems really generic for some reason.. kind of like they didn't want it cartoon, yet not realistic at the same time.
