Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

I still doubt we'll ever see a definitive one as we all want different things from it.

I don't think so. I think we'll all know it when we see it. Fact is, there just hasn't been that definitve Craig yet. The one where we all go -- that's him!

Of the ones presented, they are all so different that it forces a choice on which aspects of Craig each person feels defines him best for their use, hence preferences for one over another. But no one here is wholy satisfied yet.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

True but I think it's 100% Daniel Craig. The best sculpt of him I've seen personally.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

Beast master you could make a killing from that sculpt mate. From me alone! :lol cast it up man!!

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

So I started buying stuff for the up coming BBkill Connery sculpt, I grabbed a Mens Hommes Vol.13 set, and a TTM21 hoping that simple combo would work.

While the suit will do the job, the shoes were near licorice levels, so I bought a pair of The Wolverine black dress shoes. Neither gun really works either, so I'm looking for a PPK on ebay, but the biggest issue is the TTM21 won't fit the clothes. The pants are fine, but the shirt is too small and won't go past the biceps, and the jackets too tight to close even if the shirt fit.

I just placed an order for an Enfuse TTM18 knockoff, that will work right?

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

yeah sorry folks, the DC sculpt will remain private. I do have legit reasons for not selling it which I can't really go into *ooh hush hush!* :rolleyes2

So back to tuxedos. I bought a Toys City tux and this is definitely the best tux out of all three (very cool and DID) on a Manderin/Coulson body it fits great. Also has nice wide shoulders for Skyfall as the very cool shoulders were just too narrow.

So I decided to bleach it. Now going by my experience of bleaching the DID tux, I submerged that thing in pure bleach and it hardly lightened. Though I submerged the TC tux in a water bleach solution for a few hours and it turns grey! I had Royal blue dye, though think I may need something darker like Navy blue. I guess lighter is better than darker as I could barely see the blue in the DID tux I dyed before, so hopefully this will show the colour more.

BBKill's avatar does look good, and, if cast properly, it does have a lot of potential. That said, you'll probably all be clamouring for Bond from the new movie before too long.

oooooh, does this mean a release from a company I wonder? If this comes pre painted on a figure then that would be ideal.

Re: OFFICIAL JAMES BOND THREAD

I quoted the wrong post, I was supposed to quote beast master regarding his dc sculpt.

I think the Modern Life sculpt is about as good as the bbkill V1. I think the Snyder-Man sculpt is underrated. Then again, I don't own one, either.:( I doubt I'll be able to grab the bbkill V2, but I love my inigou sculpt.

I think I'll still pick up the Modern Life head.

Have to agree with this. The latest digital sculpt everyone is raving about doesn't look much different from Snyder-man's unpainted Craig. I was reminded recently that Joy Snyder is one of the few artist who has sculpted a licensed Daniel Craig portrait. As someone else mentioned DC seems to look different from picture to picture so he will always be like Harrison Ford, where every sculpt is debated to death because some think it's great and others don't.
