The more pics I see of this, the more I'm beginning to agree that it does look like a NECA piece, in a bad way, especially for the price.

The statue is fantastic...Heres a few pics next to the Neca...which is also a very nice statue.

That NECA looks on par with Sideshow's maquette and considering the HUGE ____ing difference in price, that should not be the case at all.

^ not as huge as you think. That piece from NECA is not the 18 inch figure. It's the resin statue. It costs about...what...150, 180? So the price is closer to Sideshow, than a normal NECA figure.

Yep, looks definitely like a neca...but theres something about jason and most movie killer icons that makes them looks better in mixed media form imo.

I am 99% remembering the Neca was listed in Diamond previews for $200. I have a few Neca statues...like the Freddy VS. Jason and they where not cheap.

Nah man, that statue should be freaking huge for a 230 tag price. I throught the statue will be much bigger than that. I pass but if I can get it for under 200 bucks I'll buy it. Come Sideshow, now you're just ripping the Friday the 13th fans off with that small statue and a huge price tag.

I paid 125 bucks for the huge Jason vs Freddy's Jason statue and Sideshow want $230 for a statue much much smaller. The base isnt that huge either.
