Just got my eamil from SS....Jason X is 20-25 days out...will be processing credit card in 10-15 days!!!Finally Jason X is on his way....Luke, Jason X and Kurgan all within a month...YES!!!

Yeah, got mine too! Was just thinking about when the next SW figure would be processing and then I got the email....now I'm all excited for Jason!

I was worried that he was gonna get pushed back again. The Toyfare pics had him wearing the Part 7 mask instead of his proper one, so I was worried that SSC was having issues with the production for Jason X's mask... But it's nice to see that they are about ready to ship. I hope we get some production shots soon, that would be cool. :D

Man, this is a lotta toys in such a short period! I feel like I am coming back from a con with all this swag! Luke(s), Darla(s), Kurgan, and now Jason...Sweet!!!

Now they need to revisit the Hellboy line and make me Jeffrey Tambor:monkey1

Yeah, it's gonna be awesome.... Finally have another Jason on the shelf, another step closer to completing the set. Can't wait to see it up close! :naughty

I returned from my journey through the desert today and came home to find not only my Luke exclusive waiting for me, but the Jason X e-mail as well.

I could not be happier about seeing this. With so much on preorder, I'm happy to see the floodgates have finally opened.

:banana

Finally. And hope the have the correct mask.

SSC will definitely have the correct mask and it will be cool b/c it is unique in the Jason line!

All the Jason's are really unique. I've been so impressed by how Sideshow has managed to keep re-use to a minimum on this line.

Having said that, it was a long time before I decided to get more than one Jason. I thought two would be overkill in the hockey mask department. I was happy with my modified FVJ. But I couldn't pass up the pt. 7 when I saw the pics on these boards.

I passed on this one, though. I'll probably regret it when I see all your pics....

The part where he sticks that GORGEOUS doctor's face in the antifreeze and breaks it over the counter top disturbed me more than any death in the entire series. :horror

Loolllll, Mike.... that was the best part !!! Really, this scene is the best Jason kill ever....That and the one in FVJ where he broke the guy's back from a reverse angle !!!!! Awesome !!!!!:blissysmi

Also love the infamous eye-popping scene. :D

Oddly, watching these again, they aren't all that gory. The Scene usually shifts right before the "good" part.

Agree, you just get a hint of it.

I saw the new Hills Have Eyes, pretty good remake, but what caught my attention was how much gore and violence they got away with. You actually saw a pick axe go into a persons leg and chest, no cuts aways, blood spewing, body parts being torn away and eaten.

Makes me wonder what a Friday movie could get away with being made today. The upcoming one I have hopes for, since the Chainsaw remake was pretty damn satisfying.

Thats why , you gotta love the new horror movies that are coming out...like Haute Tension, Hostel and the hills have eyes remake...those were really graphic...They show you all the gore there is to see....but I think it is a cycle thing...Remember how the horror movies in the 90s were boring and politically correct...no gore, no extreme violence ect...Now, they're getting a lot better and nastier....

My favorite Jason kill is when he has the guy in the sleepingbag and bangs him agiants a tree....like he was bangeing the dust out of an old rug...classic.

My fav is a toss up between the belt round the head (v) and the wheelchair kill (III).

I like the wheelchair kill. comes out of nowhere, and the music as the corpse is rolling down the steps is really freaky! Also when the guy in the shower gets his head squished. Nice cracking sounds.

The best death in the whole series may just be Jason's own. He looks so confused as that machete digs deeper and deeper into his face. Looking forward to the pt. 4 fig, but that split hand gives me the willies.

The wheelchair death is nice, and a nice freeze frame on it was great. Shows that Jason was a Equal Opportunity Killer!
