It's this Saturday/Sunday. I will be going on Saturday.
Just a little note about the base for the Adam figure. I will be taking it to the show with me, to show it to him, but we may end up needing to ship it to him afterwards. It doesn't come apart and it will be too much for him to worry about taking on a plane.
I'll talk to him about it when I'm there. Will let you all know.

Very cool! Be sure to take lots of pics while you're there... I wonder if you might be granted a bit of extra time if his people know you're presenting him with such a kickass gift 
I just received the base and Vera in the mail. Please bear with me on great photos. I have some fixing to do as the base came apart on its way to me. So I haven't stopped to take the time to set Vera in Jane's hands proper, or to put his hat on nicely, or get him on the base. I need to fix the issue first, and then I promise that better photos will come.
I did however throw Vera (very gently) into Jayne's hands and set him next to Alice while I work...I lie, I set him there to take the photo and then I laid him back down. I don't want him to fall over and break.

I want to let everyone know that I will be going out tonight to get a special card for Adam's gift. I will be putting everyone's names in it who participated. I will also be putting in the card where we all congregate. Just in case.
As I mentioned, I will be getting an appropriate address for us to send Adam his base. Once I have all that info, I will of course let you all know.
Lastly..I am going back to look over the list to see all the names who have participated. IF for any reason a name is missing that should be on there, or a name is on there that in the end, shouldn't, please let me know. I will be getting the card at about 7pm central tonight and writing in it before bed.
I have a sprained food, and a busy evening getting things ready. So again, please be patient with me in getting great photos for you all. The base is still being fixed and it's taking a long while to dry strong. So it may not be daylight by the time photos are taken.
Oh, and real names would be a bonus. Can you all message me your real names, please.

For those of you who are sadly too late in responding, I will just be putting your board names. Which of course will be fine. We got him a funny card that says "what, " on the front. And on the inside says "is up, b.i.t.c.h.." Last time we met Adam he was so much fun and I know he'll love that card over any other plain one. There were others that were also good but they were kind of from 1 person only. So this one worked best.
About the base. You're not going to be able to get a photo of the base with the figure. Sadly, it started coming apart in too many parts and the crazy glue isn't holing well enough. Also, I would glue it in one part, and it would come apart somewhere else. It is going to need special attention and a different adhesive from me.
I had already spoken to Trevor about the base. We both agreed that Adam wouldn't be able to fly with it, and that we would work on shipping it to him. So I will express my apologies on the base, and get an address from him on where to send it.
If there is anything else I can do for you freaks, for this project, please let me know. Before 6am tomorrow. I will be up and out the door before 7am since I have to drive 3.5 hours.
It was a pleasure getting to do this project with you all. There will be photos and video of the gift giving. I'll get it up Sunday.
I got the base to hold up for long enough with just crazy glue. Sadly, it doesn't hold well enough to move it more than an inch. I will need stronger stuff.

Everyone else also liked the sculpts from Trevor. Especially Sean Maher. The panel was really great too they got a long really well and was the best part about going there.
Buffygirl has tons of pictures and video of it all, but she's on her way home so she'll probably get those posted tomorrow. Until then, here's a picture I took:
