I agree, we need ALL those Catwomen, but this looks incredible!

Well that was the choice. My suggestion was three full faces with fixed eyes. The alternative was one headsulpt with moving eyes or the moving eyes sculpt with face plates. You can't have your cake and eat it too unless we are overwhelmed with orders and have more budget to work with. That's why I kept saying that moveable eyes in a single sculpt would be the same price as three separate sculpts

Your suggestion of 3 headsculpts with moving eyes and no faceplates just increased the price to almost 3x my original budget
Oh really? I figured mouth plates would require more complex engineering which would hike prices far more than 3 heads with rolling eyes.
Guess not, carry on.

I have to say, I love absolutely everything about this project. The commitment to accuracy and quality by working with top-tier talent, the deep collaboration with the 1/6 collecting community, and of course Joost's impeccable track record, integrity, and reputation overall. I hope this is every bit the success it deserves to be, and opens lots of new doors for Jazzinc!!

Right, one more tease. If you want to see more exclusive new pictures of our Catwoman, please tune in to my interview with Shane in two and a half hours: https://www.youtube.com/live/pKkrijbb4es?si=bPPru9-vxprr-7-v
Hi. Caught the livestream today. Is the following remotely accurate (until it isn't again)?

Catwoman Options.png

For the basic and battle damaged versions. Will these be the included head sculpts, respectively? Obviously the battle damaged sculpt doesn't have the hair in this picture but it will.

You can always tell the ages of folks based on their preferred version of a character that has been played by multiple people.
I wonder what generation thinks Clooney was the best Batman…

That’s what he said.

The biggest uncertainty at the moment is which of the 4 standard heads we’ve been shown will lose the Facebook poll.
It’ll most likely be the neutral sculpt or the tongue out.

The Smirk sounds like it’s officially guaranteed.

I feel like these sculpts look their best as complete sculpts without faceplates, they look really solid here, especially the clean versions.

Again, I'm inclined to agree (twice in one week, Nick). Each of the three clean expressions moves and stretches the mask in different ways, and I get the feeling like they might not look as good without that. Also, we're not looking at the mask in exactly the same condition on the head sculpts up there. I'm a scene specific kind of guy, and "Meow" with a split above her eye would bug me every time I look at it. I imagine quite a few collectors in favor of the licking expression would feel the same way if the mask were completely undamaged.

I’d be a bit worried the protruding tongue would possibly pull the faceplate away from the sculpt due to the hanging weight? I guess we’ll see, just don’t want it hindering realism in any way.

Using magnets (instead of friction) like Hot Toys used to do would probably keep that from happening...unless the magnets aren't put in correctly.

Yeah user error is what I mean, like if it’s not pushed properly into place, could see it falling off and the tongue breaking.

Topics including Catwoman and what if Hot Toys decides to make her aswell after all these years, the 1989 Batmobile, possibility of 1/12 1989 Batmobile & Batwing, a Jazzinc Tumbler and possibly licenses like Stargate and Robocop in the future if talks with MGM go well.

1/6 Penguin Duck-mobile is a possibility and he already has a 3d scan/file of it!!
All depends on how Catwoman goes - but he has apparently talked with @Kit Chen who says the numbers/interest/market is there.

Also I am LOVING the hints at the pre-order pics, the Catwoman figure looks incredible.

Wasn’t Mars Toys or another 3rd party supposedly teasing a Penguin Duck-Mobile?

I like various "Catwomen" for different reasons. Julie Newmar’s portrayal was funny due to her slightly neurotic demeanor, which added a charming element to the femme fatale character. When it comes to acting, Michelle Pfeiffer’s performance is unparalleled to this day. BTAS CW I see as a slightly more kid friendly version of her. In terms of looks, Arkham City Catwoman is my favorite.

As for the figure, I was going to pass on this as I am content with the tweeterhead statue and I don't have a 1/6 Keaton rn, but I'm just too tempted. Would love to see the tongue-out sculpt as it is sth different.
Pfeiffer is my favorite but honestly, I like all the Catwomen from all the decades (for one reason or another).

Even the Halle Berry Catwoman - terrible movie but it’s still frickin’ HALLE BERRY! :drool
