I like The Doors but not sure I need a figure of "The Lizard King". Put me down as interested even though I'm on the fence at the moment. I guess it would really depend on the sculpt.

Here are some in-progress shots of my custom Lizard King. The owner of the sculpt is willing to cast these heads for the people in our thread if there's interest. It comes with an undrilled Dragon-style neck, which I've removed, pictured at the bottom.

Looks great! I would be interested in seeing a new sculpt as well, one with a bald head (for real hair). Who knows, maybe I'll end up getting both.

I'll see what I can do about some profile shots, although I'm very close to shipping this out. Interestingly enough, it was the profile that initially sold me, because the sculptor got the nose right:

Found some pants that would match that "Absolutely Live" album cover, but unfortunately they only come for CY Girls (!). I have a better shirt on the way and will use different hands and microphone as well.

The Pere Lachaise cemetary is one spooky place ! There are quite a few famous musicians buried there and I've been lucky enough to walk around it . Unfortunately on the day I visited there was a funeral and I still "hear" the sombre organ music that played that day when I think about it. Spookily scary like a Vincent Price movie .

I'm interested in seeing where this goes, I love the Doors music so having Jim in my collection would be a cool and natural addition for me.

I talked to him and he is available, but only next spring/summer. He is definitely a possibility. I'm looking to see if there are any sculpters available sooner. I don't mind waiting though.

I think the sculpt is good until the chin. It's got a Chris Reeves thing and Morrison had a strong jaw-line but his chin didn't stick out that much.
