There are more than 2 licenses outside of Marvel, Star Wars, and DC that can use the 1/6 treatmentThey can only make what the licensor allows.

Yup slim option sounds like less included, and will use PVC instead of silicone. So Kojun Lite is basically Asmus slim...? A cheaper, smaller option... still maintaining "best shape"...?
Whether you’re talking about Cavill or Reeve Superman, both are very outdated and pretty inaccurate. HT Cavill Superman more than Reeve Superman is one of the most modified and customized figures out there currently. It’s got wonky proportions—gorilla arms that can’t sit flat at the sides, weird shaped shoulder muscles, thighs way too big, and stumpy overall look— colors weren’t really correct on any of the figures nor the capes, the bunching up of the boots at the ankle, and its headsculpt that hasn't been updated since they started using it with the BvS figure that also wasn’t that great when it was first released.Yup. It's already boring that InArt and Hot Toys are doing so many of the same DC things. I know Superman hasn't been done by Hot Toys in a few years but how much do the recent ones really need to be improved upon that InArt felt a need to make one? And does that mean JND is going to make Superman too?

It's crazy to me that someone isn't trying to score a new license to appeal to the collector community. Sure - Star Wars, Marvel and DC are the big three in terms of franchises. But look at the way Lord of the Rings stuff is selling for InArt. And while sales are lower than the DC/LOTR stuff they're doing, Harry Potter must be selling well enough that they're continuing for more.
It would make sense for JND to go get the James Bond license or something. Let Hot Toys make their Disney stuff - Star Wars, Marvel, Pirates of the Caribbean, Avatar, Indiana Jones. Let InArt do the Wizarding World, Middle Earth, DC and Game of Thrones as their big licenses. JND can do James Bond, The Hunger Games, Jurassic Park, the Bourne movies...whatever else wasn't picked up on already.
All the repetition is lame, and in these times there's still not enough market share that these companies can afford to get lazy and will need to keep pushing innovation and quality.
I'd take an Artisan Thor if it's from Thor 1, Avengers 1 or Age if Ultron. I’d also still want an updated Captain America that's up to current standards as well, particularly a helmeted sculpt with moveable eyes.Artisan Thor...? Artisan Fat Thor?
Do people still want MCU stuff?
Yea I agree. For me it’s Snape but same sentiments. If JND Snape is revealed before InArt Snape, and actually looks good, I could see myself getting that one (or maybe both). Outside of Snape or Sirius, only other character(s) that JND could interest me with are Gambon Dumbledore and Deathly Hallows VoldemortJND are gonna have to actually announce something that InArt hasn’t already put up for order or release in order to get me excited.
I’m taking a gamble on their Joker just to experience this silicone gimmick in-hand but there’s no way I’m double dipping on the first movie HP trio.
If JND beat InArt in announcing Hagrid then they might catch me.
That's exactly where I'm at.If JND beat InArt in announcing Hagrid then they might catch me.
That’s a nice looking owl…
