Maybe as good as something in this style can be, and has a lot going for it. But for me...I dunno, it nevertheless gives kinda Netflix Berserk vibes. But I'm still looking at it and trying to guage how I feel haha. Also, for me the illusion of the dragonslayer going down into the base doesn't quite work - it might've helped, and just been really cool, if the lower nameplate part of the base were transparent or had a cut-away or something so we could see the sword continue down a bit further (and then disappearing into whatever surface he'd be on.) Do we know the price yet?

Yeah I am not 100% sold on this either. The face looks good but also feels off for me at the same time. I do like the Sword going down into the base, makes for the statue to take abit less room haha. Only price I seen is on Orzgk for about $2,880 , excludes shipping.

It looks like Guts, but if he were a Final Fantasy character.

Which is not a bad thing, it's an interesting style to apply to such an iconic character. Doesn't quite resemble Miura's design, but it does?

It can be hard to create a realistic portrayal of an anime character without it looking like cosplay. However, looking at it again, I really appreciate the direction they took with this interpretation and think it looks pretty impressive overall. While the pose doesn’t fully convey the true scale of Dragonslayer, having it embedded in the base makes the statue more display friendly imo. The size and presence of this figure will Immense. I just hope he isn't underscaled.

Looks great, but silicone has a life expectancy of 20 years in ideal conditions (?). I'm not fond of having a collectible at that size that I'd have to keep hermetically sealed, but will materially degrade regardless.

Would probably get this if I had the space. They mention in the video a 1/6 diorama style piece as well as wanting to do Kojun Works Berserk figures. 1/6 stuff I may bite on although this is very tempting.

Yeah I'm abit worried about the longevity, I wish JND would also make a resin version that's 2/3rds the price lol

Just for clarity, JND has mentioned that their silicone manufacturer guarantees 30years minimum but with proper care and maintenance to expect it to last even longer.

But, as Vision said in AOU,

Also, apparently sold out for direct JND orders. I know nothing about this character but see it all over as far as collectibles go so I guess he’s pretty popular. I know very little about anime so not trying to take a ***.
