I don't think the case under his right arm is for the handcuffs. When he's at the greed murder scene he takes his jacket off and you can see his handcuffs are attached to his pants around his lower back. The only other thing I could think of it being for would be maybe a spare clip for his gun.

Yea I forgot what scene it was but I noticed his cuffs on the back of his belt also. I'm haven't found a clear enough pic yet. If someone can post the same pic as THE JOKER's avvy in high res large format , we might be in business.
BTW just for comparison sake, this is something that he currently offers for $30.00. It's design is very similar to Somerset's but his will be a bit more complex. I didn't get prices from him yet, so I'm not saying Somerset's will be $30, but this probably could be a rough ball park since they are similar.
He does everything with real leather and metal buckles

Hey, thanks. Body is a narrow true type. Shirt came with the ZWToys suit. The collar makes a complete difference in how his head looks in my opinion and just everything else fits better. Definitely need to rough up his shirt a bit to show below the vest.

The smaller collar makes a night and day difference. How is the quality of the rest of the suit? I'd probably use all the other parts on Somerset since that's closer to the screen used suit than the grey one that this came with.
And I'm going to try Frankensteining the body a bit for Somerset. I swapped him over to a TTM 18 and while it's a bit shorter than the knock off, the HT TT is a little buffer. So it fills the clothes out a little more. While it's fine for Mills, it takes away that baggy look to Somerset's coat, as it appears more fitted.

Alright boys I was trying to hold off untill I got every detail together, but I'm still waiting on a few answers so I'll just share what I have so far.
JOKER's right, the case on Mills right side is for 2 clips.
It's hard to see the details in these pics but you dudes are lucky that I'm psycho. I screwed around with the color/brightness/contrast on my TV and froze the right frames. I figured out that it's a 2 cell(2 clip), 1 flap design. Stevo has already made one basically identical to it so this is how it would look:
So here's the deal so far:
MILLS' RIG: $65
SOMERSET'S RIG: $35
Many of you know Stevo's work and are especially familiar with his awesome Neo rig. Here's his site for those that aren't familiar:

To see his real leather and metal rigs, go to the WESTERN MOVIE RIGS, AUTHENTIC WESTERN RIGS, WW2 ERA, MODERN ERA & OTHER ERA HOLLYWOOD sections.
I gave him all the reference pics he needs so he has all the fine details and a good handle on the Se7en boys' set ups.
His lead time is 6-8 weeks right now. So anyone who is interested can do one of two things:
1) You can order a different existing rig of the same price as a place holder. Use the Drake HW49 rig ($65) for Mill's, and on the Paypal invoice specify "SE7EN MILL'S BRAD PITT RIG" and the Wild Bill Kilgore rig HW34 ($35) for Somerset and specify "SE7EN SOMMERSET MORGAN FREEMAN RIG"
2) You can let me be the ginny pig. I'm all paid up and he's getting started on mine. He will take pics when mine are done and add them to his site as a regular item. You can wait the 6-8 weeks to see how mine look and then decide from there.
**I'll post any further updates that he gives me as soon as I get them.
***I have NO financial involvement in this. I'm not doing this for a profit or a discount. This is something that I planned on doing for myself as soon as I received the Se7en set, so I'm just trying to spread the love and cut some of my fellow freaks in on the action.
Like I said he's ready to take orders now. If you know and trust his work, feel free to jump in. All others that rather wait till final pics are posted can go that route.

Alright so here's a heavy dose of fanatical accuracy research LOL.
I actually have a lot more reference shots but I'm keeping this as short and sweet as possible.
MILLS' RIG:
-All black leather
-Off centered figure 8 style
-Horizontally mounted open holster on his left side (he's a righty)
-Rig connects to his pants belt on both sides
***I'm having a hard time figuring out what the other leather case is under his right arm is. I'm almost positive it's not spare gun. I'm thinking it's for his hand cuffs.
SOMERSET'S RIG:
-Vertically mounted closed holster on his right side(his a lefty)
-3 different colors for 3 different components.
- sling that goes around his left arm is off-white
- half circle portion that sits on his right shoulder is beige
- (everything under is right arm) holster that connects to
top beige portion is medium brown leather
-Brown leather holster part or the rig connects to pants belt
