Yup popcultkid you are right, need a little love but there's so much greatness here!,

Fooled around some more with them today the quality of the heads is just insane.

Let me see what I've done with them so far...

1) swapped/tightened the base bodies
2) gave somerset his proper revolver style pistol
3) gave somerset other shoes so they are not wearing the same thing.
4) tightened and shortend simersets tie
5) replaced mills shirt with a colar that made his head look less incredibly small
6) gave mills the blue police vest
7 swapped somersets hands with enterbay j hands also includes a great knife holding one
8) replaced mills pants with hot toys friend. Looks less dragon or sideshow like and accurate to the baggy crappy 90 style pants he wore in that film
9) padded up somerset to give him an old man ponch. Makes all the difference in the word.

Hopefully ill find a more accurate suit to replace somerset but if not I'll live with this.

Nice Ray!! You and I did some similar upgrades. Although I'm not good at shortening ties and stuff, so I will just buy a new black tie for Somerset.

My upgrades:

Mills:
Blue police vest
New shoes
Black socks
HT T 1000 hand cuffs
HT Royce 45.
Potred to a narrow TT
I'm in talks with someone to make a screen acurate gun belt & holster
Still hunting down a watch and braclet that's close enough.

The HT Royce is the cloest gun I found for him. 3 hole trigger, black with white plated handle. I plan on getting the handle painted to look more acurate(the black zebra like pattern) and paint the hammer and chamber cover silver. If you can't find Royce's then HT offered the same 3 hole trigger 45. with a few other characters but you'd have to do more paint work on those to get it accurate

Somerset:

HT Indiana Jones revolver
New shoes
Black socks
Black tie
HT T 1000 hand cuffs
Also custom making an acurate holster & rig
Still hunting a suitable watch
HT Captain America long foot pegs(to keep his height after I port him to a TT)

Damn guys! Truly hardcore, but awesome! Love all the ideas and upgrade suggestions! Whew! Looking forward to pics, especially from Ray! I've always been a fan of his custom work and eye for details. He was one of the first guys I turned to when I first came on to the Freaks Forums almost a couple years ago now and he's even more specific with the details than ever before! Glad to see you're still helping out the community, Ray! Now your paint work is becoming something to behold as well! Oh boy!

Actually, I thought about doing that too, but didn't bother since the hand that came with him seemed fine and would seem a bit of a waste of a decent sculpt. But if it cracked or I just felt less lazy, I might still make one up real quick with some real scrap bandage wrap and an extra TT hand!

The peg broke off on my bandaged hand and I glue it every day so I might emd up changing it too

I actually think the bandaged hand is cool as hell! Really helps to make Mills. Whoever didn't switch out the body will have problems with it but it fits on a narrow TT really naturally. And I can't get enough of Somerset's blade. AWESOME. I'll post pics when i'm done sourcing the upgrades. Loving this set

As much as i want the set i just can't afford/justify them at the moment with Fight Club, Bateman and TDKR all hitting me at once.

You wanna avoid storerooms mate well known for recasting and selling fakes. Ever wondered why they always have a wide range of sold out brothers productions figures for peanuts when everyone else is sold out? I got done by them on a resi BP alice figure only way to get my money back was to return at my own costs basically meant I was £30 out of pocket so did'nt bother. The guy who runs it is a joke avoid at all costs

sorry for your experience with storerooms , this is one of my favorite seller, I have bought so many pieces from them and with any problems..
they have paid attention to all my purchase..and they are very kind
sometimes they sell recast parts (good but recast)
maybe you could specific (like me) you don't want fake parts but only originals items and they will say to you do not buy because are recast items..
this is my personal experience with them...
the first figure I have bought from them it was the deckard BP figure and i received all the stock original with any recast part...

Store rooms are scum of the earth as far as I'm convinced they full on try and screw you to make a buck it's one thing to recast but another to sell you a recast by making you think it's an original. Horrible people.

Oh and also their database got "hacked" and all users who purchased from them had their personal data displayed right on the homepage.

Guess you didn't see this before but emarae put us on to these. I bought two (she actually threw in another black one for nothing. Nice surprise ) and they're awesome for $3.50. Even though it's not listed anymore it's worth giving her a shout and seeing if there ar any left. When the listing expired it still said there were 7 left.

As a buyer I shouldnt have to specify I don't want recasted items! There entire website claims everything is 100% original when it is clearly not. How about being honest on there listings and saying right from the start these are not the real deal buy at own risk. Terrible seller with a terrible attitude chances are most of the figures you have purchased from storerooms are recasts you just havent realised it yet. Not the whole figure but elements certainly will be. Also to claim there recast work is of a high quality is a joke what I recieved was made from very brittle plastic and looked like it had been painted by a child. I don't know about you but theres no place in my collection for substandard recasted parts.

My pleasure broski. Go back and check emarae's pics and video. You can see the vest well there. I was searching for a while and couldn't find an accurate one and then he poped up with that. I don't think there is a closer one out there.
