I think the comic version is better. I don't really like either one all that much, so hopefully in the next few years they'll come out with one that's more my taste.
I too hope both heads are standard and the exclusive is either an Arkham City sick head or a swap out hand with Scarface.

I suppose if they ever did an Arkham City sick version as a separate piece, a Clayface transformation head would be a cool exclusive.
For the most part, I feel alternate expression heads are a crappy exclusive. I think giving an immovable statue swap out heads is a great way to appeal to more collectors and should be kept to the standard edition. Darkseid should have come with both heads as standard and been given the killing glove as an exclusive swap out hand.
I much prefer the exclusives to be much better extras. The PF Jason 3 exclusive was a swap out unmasked head, swappable arms to the machete instead of the axe hands, and an art print. Now that is an exclusive worth having! Just an alternate head pales in comparison. That's why I think a hand with Scarface would be a great exclusive and tie in to the game so well. Or at least release him separately like Lobo's Dawg. The Titan gun he shoots himself with would also be a good choice as it could easily swap out with the revolver hand.

Man I'm super excited to order this and cannot wait to see Bats, I love the arkham games and the only thing better than getting some nice 1/6 figures is getting some epic ****ing Premium formats

It will be worth it for sure though! I'm half tempted to flex pay the Keaton PF
It's definitely worth it for me. I know SDCC will throw us a curveball PF or 2 from sideshow but Aquaman is on the radar next and I'll certainly be picking up the Arkham Bats PF as well. Careful with that Keaton PF. PFs in general are a dangerous thing. Once you start receiving them, it's hard to contol the urge to get more and they eat up space very quickly.

The head-sculpt does have a slight resemblance of Jack Nicholson (Joker).
The tailoring looks great, hopefully a few more villains will get made.
