I don't think they'd charge you unless they have one for you. I wouldn't worry about the NRD, just the $400 statue.
On a related topic I dunno why the NRD gets so much hate man.

I really hope someone takes some detailed photo's of this piece jsut so we can confirm that after a year nothing's changed (paint, sculpt, etc)
