Well I just received news from sideshow and they will indeed replace my head piece with the grey spots on his face for a new one.
Nice to have a replacement saga end well. I now have a Joker with no stab wounds. Hally luja.

It's great that Sideshow has been so generous in making sure people are completely satisfied.
It's nice to hear peeps giving CS their props. Especially when the come through for you. What they did for quad was above and beyond anything they had to do. They took great care of Doug.
I have been very lucky. I have only had 2 QC issues out of all of my orders. CS took care of both of them with no issues. Good CS experience all the way around for me.
nope they're great with their after sales support. wish they would of had some replacement boxes, but at least they got me hooked up with all the parts..
my waitlist for exclusive converted to a live order on 2012-08-24, but it still has not shipped. my order still says 'order processing', should i contact customer service? or is the shipment slow on these in terms of them reaching the u.S.
