The base is awesome, but I wonder if there will be switch out arms as I think the alternate head, of which I prefer as it has the huge iconic smile, does not quite work with the pose at least not nearly as much as the scream.

Yeah I'm really liking this. I'm still thinking about getting there Judge Dredd, I love the character.

That's a good question. I believe the Judge helmet and severed head are part of the EX, but I hope the smiling face isn't because if I can't secure the EX that would really suck.
The EX is more expensive so I have a feeling all three of those things are the EX.
I find it stupid that there are 150 Dredd Ex statues and only 125 Death Ex being released. That 25 shortfall on Death leaves 25 people who will most likely want both short.
Plus I see this statue being hot for flippers and pretenders.

PO only at PCS. and PO date was last week.
The ex maybe sold out but you can email PCS to find out.
I'm sure the regular is still around. If I were him I would just scout forums or Ebay for an EX to pop up. You miss out on too much with the regular and if it is like Dredd then the EX will be easily acquired for retail price.
I haven't seen the Dredd Ex at retail on Ebay. I thought it went up in price.

I get offers but I usually don't bite unless the price is decent. I'm actually looking for either Dredd I might pick up the regular soon which can still be gotten at the basic $400.
As for the Dredd EX when it first came out you could still get it at retail, which is when I would recommend getting the Death EX. He goes for more now, but the thing is as far as I can tell he doesn't really sell for more. People aren't biting as much. I saw that some guy flipped three of them for a $100 profit, but aside from that the price still seems to hover around the $500 mark.
