Statue Judge Death

Here's some photo's guys thoughts guys, hope you like. I've got to say, it was terrifying getting him out of the packaging, each bit was wrapped in loads of protective stuff that took a knife to remove, I was terrified I was gonna smash or scratch something.

Here's all the bits, with a ThreeA 1/6th Tharg for scale:

The base, which is the worst bit if ye ask me:

Though the paint job is top notch:

The gouged Judge helmet - glad the got the Judge helmet right this time, I HATED the cross section on the Dredd statue:

And the gruesome 'Angel Gang'!?! head, which is drokkin' cool!

And his boney shoulder pad, excellent paint job on this bit...

My thoughts:

I absolutely love this piece, it's much better than the Dredd one they brought out. The detail is amazing and you can't fail to be impressed with it when you see it. The downside is the shiny blue suit, it should have been black like Death's helmet. It completely IS Gary Leach's star scan, which is a bit cheeky, but at least that means it's more authentic looking than the Dredd.

Yeah Bmutha, I read your post with dismay. I'm guessing Parcelforce/UPS/FedEx or whoever had their usual game of football with yours, grrrr!

Woah these are the best pictures I've seen! They came out so clear and clean looking.

Opened up my second Judge Death and again I have to say he's perfect.
I received both #4 and #7 of the death sentence edition. No breakages I'm glad to report.
This statue was very well packed with so much foam and padding.

How did you contact PCS, I have tried asking for a replacement Gouken VS Akuma dio and sent in pics but no luck now for 6 days.

I sent an email to customer service and Audrey. All of the replies came from the customer service address, though. I was surprised as they sent out my replacement fairly quickly.

I think the "Orders" email is actually Jerry's email...could be wrong. Whoever it is, they don't deal with customer service issues, it seems.

I think it's the same person that looks after both email addresses, but might as well send to both.

Alright guys...got my replacement Judge Death in a couple days ago, and I'm happy to report it arrived with zero issues!

I tried my hand at a bit of a written review, which you can find in my collection thread HERE This is my first crack at it, so let me know what you think (constructive criticism only, please ).

Well, I wouldn't say that! It's an amazing piece, one of the best paint jobs I have seen. But, I am so close to my ultimate goal of purchasing a copy of Amazing Fantasy 15...and selling some of my statue collection is how I am funding a big portion of that. I made some tough decisions and decided to focus my collection on Marvel and DC comic versions only. So, Dredd, Death, and even my Iron Man 2 maquette don't fit that.

I'm reluctantly letting some pieces go, but it serves a higher purpose!

It's actually more like I need the money for other things and Death is the only thing I can easily sell since I generally do not keep boxes for stuff.
