Re: Jurassic World

Well, at least it looks fun. Reassuring after that clip. A bit much to give away though.

Re: Jurassic World

14 years ago I visited a wonderful place as a child in Orlando, Florida. At 7 I was avid Jurassic Park Fan after watching JP, TLW and recently that year in theaters JPIII. 2 years ago I went back and took a look back into my childhood. To my surprise the Jeep I first took a picture with was not there and dare I say bad replacement. A year later that same jeep I took a pic with seems to have found itself in use again in Jurassic World. I knew there was a new movie... Otherwise why have a jeep with no Logo on the door... I'm happy to say that with the new Movie I hope we see it in the film.

Re: Jurassic World

Still no T-Rex or did I miss it....

Does look fun though.

I think that was the T-Rex after the scene with the goat standing there. But I must say, I would have liked to see a decent shot of the Rex at some point in the trailer and was expecting her at the end. Oh well, I bet she will have a lot to do with taking down the villain.

Indominus looks pretty good.

Definitely a lot of things that look "cool" about this movie. Looks like there will be a lot of human casualties. I noticed in one scene a screen behind Chris Pratt with what looks like the Enforcement Team and their heart rates. I imagine those will all go flat as Indominus, the Raptors, and other predators pick them off.

Not sure how I feel about Indominus communicating with the other dinosaurs to attack. I noticed one scene where it looks like she is talking to the flying things (Dimorphodons, sp?) as well as the Raptors (where that one guy mentions they are communicating, followed by a scene of the Raptors chasing a vehicle and jumping on a guy). It also looks like Indominus tells the Ankylosaur's to attack the Gyrosphere (unless they were just swinging their club tails wildly in defense and the Gyrosphere happened to be in the middle, which is quite plausible).

Loved the scene with the helicopter crashing and Indominus standing there. Nothing says chaos like a helicopter crashing at the feet of a T-Rex on steroids.

Overall I think it was a sweet trailer and I'm pumped. Hurry up June 12th! :rock

Great pics!

Although it does look to be the same jeep as the one you stood with when you were 7. Light rail's the same and you can see a piece of the number with a tiny indention in it like the 3 in 23, where as the last photo (from the set?) is 29. Looks like they just removed the logo. Not to pop your bubble or anything.

But while we're posting old Universal Studio pics he's wee little me and the family at US in 92 or 93 right before the movie came out. The movie has been my favorite since. Who's ready for 90s fashion be be in style again. :rotfl

Re: Jurassic World

This movie looks more and more plain with each trailer. At least we're getting decent dinos on the big screen again.

Re: Jurassic World

Loved that trailer. The Raptor squad is going to be the coolest thing about this film IMO.
