Re: Jurassic World

Speculation vs confirmation.

The odds that she survived the hurricane may not be astronomical, but the idea that she had enough food to live on for 20 years was certainly a stretch. Remember, she would have to continue to eat other herbivores who're eating lysine rich plants. Just eating birds or pig/goats or w/e wouldn't cut it.

Jurassic World isn't connecting itself to the events of TLW and JPIII. Jurassic World opened in 2005 meaning construcrion would have started in the early 00's. Masrani bought InGen in 1998 so I imagine the Masrani group sent in a clean up team soon after the events of the original film and captured the Rex and looked after her.

Re: Jurassic World

Seeing the trailer in a theater made me realize how awful the CGI in this looks. Diminished my excitement a bit. Still hopeful though. Picked up one of the new Lego sets today with the Raptor bros.

Re: Jurassic World

I think this movie looks mediocre at best honestly. The charm, wonder and epic scale of the original has been deflated out of this series with every new over-the-top CG installment.

The story of all too many movie franchises. Escalation to a point of can-no-longer-suspend-disbelief absurdity.

Re: Jurassic World

Everything looks to bright and squeaky clean. The cgi stuff looks like gifs stuck onto a painting

It did look bad in some parts.

Except Terminator though.

Re: Jurassic World

I detest the trailer because it shows too much of the story- just awful like so many trailers do...also reveals the best parts and shots quite often

Re: Jurassic World

This was one of my most anticipated non comic book/star wars movies. Please don't disappoint:pray:

Re: Jurassic World

Oh I wish Goldblum was hired back just for a cameo. :lol

"20 years later! I'm right again! CHAOS B****es! Wu still didn't listen when I said everything!"

Tbh I'm surprised to say how they forgot to mention all who died for InGen "Tomorrow, Today"

Let's see...

Mr. Denaro
Mr. Arnold
Mr. Nedry (Traitor but he's like Judas, expected outcome of Ian Malcolm's Chaos)
Mr. Muldoon

60 hired mercenaries
Mr. Carr
Mr. Sidhu (Hunter and Friend of Mr. Tembo)
A dog in a the suburbs of Sand Diego
Random man in San Diego Street
Mr. Ludlow

No one knew but a **** load of InGen employees on Site B.
Mr. Hildebrand who was a boyfriend who took Eric on a trip.
3 hired Mercenaries.

Yeah... Tomorrow, Today. Come tomorrow and die today, if you survive; wish it already yesterday! :lol

Re: Jurassic World

And I guess the result of these Raptors were mutated genomes of frogs? Compared to these?

I mean look at the eyes and ****. I wanna see what they say about site B later on :lol

They are also saying 100% genomes, yet... this Isla Nublar... where the Indigenous Brachiosaurus go?

Re: Jurassic World

This movie looks pretty good. I don't imagine anyone will be blown away by its awesomeness though. I think we've seen it all in the first three films. The big warning sign for this movie to be cheesy is Pratt riding a motorcycle along side his raptor friends. It reminded me of Shia Lebouf swinging through the trees with his monkey friends in Crystal Skull.

That is a great correlation. :lol
