well I just got a reply from the seller, he's gonna issue a full refund. we had already agreed on that but your right its good to have paypal on your side this way im covered in case something else happens....as far as looking for another comiquette i don't know its kinda up in the air. Like I said this one looked good until I found that problem. Not saying it was left out of the auction intentionally but I can't confirm that cause I don't know. It was a lot of money to spend on a damaged item and I dont think I want to go through that again....

To my understanding it's mainly the Marbel line thats being dupe...!??!?

I don't think my heart can take this anymore though, so I won't buy from evil bay anymore and sticking to the forum freaks!

Thanks...As far as the fakes out there, there really isnt a list that I know of. However the two that I do know of and are real popular are the Iron Man Comiquette and the Hulk vs. Spiderman Diorama, and those are being bought of ebay.
