I really enjoyed the Keanu film - albeit I only saw it once & it was ages ago, but I remember liking it a lot.

Yeah, it was really good and I actually preferred this version over the comic book.

Francis Lawrence(the director) has said he'd love to make a much darker/scarier sequel.
Unfortunately he's working on the Hunger Games sequel right now though.

As for Bruce Timm temporarily stepping down and working on something else... I wonder if it could also be a collaboration with the Batman games? that would be incredible.
