To be clear that list is in order of pre-order payments received - i'll order the final list by receipt of full payment (i think that's a little more fair)

Most people still owe the $5 shipping fee, but I need to go through all my paypal receipts to figure that out

So i'll be
1. Ordering the list by order of receipt of full payment i.e. the person who fully paid for shirt and pants first, would be first on the list, etc.
2. Once I complete the above list, I will contact anyone on that list of 10 who has NOT yet paid the $5 for shipping, and allow them the chance to retain their spot in the first 10 by settling the shipping fee.

Hope that's clear and fair - will do the above in the next 2-3 hrs

I don't think that's fair Umair. The reason for placing the down payment right away is to secure your order of shipping in the list. It says on the first page that we had 2-4 weeks to pay the rest once production was done. Otherwise I would've made an effort to pay for the pants in full right away. Also, I had my shirt paid up in full a while back, so how are you going to differentiate that with someone who paid the shirt in full after me and the pants in full before me? Or between whoever paid the extra $5 for shipping. Because without those extra $5 no one was fully paid. Is this why you haven't updated me on the pants list as fully paid? Because I just paid my pants balance a couple of hours ago with the extra $5 for shipping. Fully paid.

It should be basically according to the list order. e.g. No. 1 is Umair, in case he hasn't fully paid yet while no.2 ~ no.10 has done, then No. 11 will take his place. In case No. 11 has not fully paid also, then No. 12 will take it and so on...

I see your point, I was just trying to choose a way to do this to be as fair as possible but if you and others feel it should be in order of preorder payment we can do that too - I don't particularly care as long as ppl are happy

Only reason the list isn't updated is cuz I haven't had the time to do it, posting thus from my iPhone right now (near impossible to update the list via phone).

Of course whatever method we choose, half the people will have to wait for the 2nd round so chances are no one method is going to please everyone! I'll just be guided by what the majority feel or just go Katos way

I'll do all this sorting out tomorrow as I haven't been able to find the time tonight - in the meantime, those who know they haven't sent the $5 for shipping, please do so now, I'll PM the outstanding ones in any case tomorrow
