This outfit is one of the most incredible 1/6 replicas i've ever seen. It would go perfectly with the head that Adam fixed up for me, but I simply cannot afford it right now...(painful sigh)

As I know the list is not in payment order.

It should be basically according to the list order. e.g. No. 1 is Umair, in case he hasn't fully paid yet while no.2 ~ no.10 has done, then No. 11 will take his place. In case No. 11 has not fully paid also, then No. 12 will take it and so on...
