Only tie and shirt or will we get a complete suit?

I might be able to jump on shirt and tie in March, but not before, is it still possible to jump on board or will you just make the pieces people order now?

We will get a complete suit eventually. But just shirt and tie on order for now.

This is the revised sleeve pattern so that pleat at underarm are improved a lot

Yes, according to the rules or good dressing, the bottom tip of the tie is supposed to reach half way of the belt buckle.
