I think the shirt sleeves could be adjusted a little also, look a bit baggy in that picture^

But it could be just need some futzing.

If you notice the tailoring of the shirt that bruce wore before harvey's party, the cut is pretty similar to these.

I'm assuming that the whole wardobe were design by armani, therefore the cut on the shirt should be quite similar.

You're probably right, just looked at some of the pictures from the scene with Bruce and Alfred watching the Joker video on the news, the shirt is not that fitted and looks similar to the pictures Kato has posted
