The clothes are re-worked. The pants and inner vest are from the Sideshow Chaney monster version. Pants are dyed and retailored to fit better. Jacket is from an old Toycity suit, retailored.

I love this figure but, I don't understand why no medallion.
Does anyone know if we're going to see other figures from Universal Monsters?
The monster, Wolfman or Mummy? I bought the Creature from the black lagoon earlier.

These things you suggest as accessories would've moved it from 'Stage Version' to 'Film Version' and a separate license from Universal would then be required. Thus owing royalties to Universal. or receiving a Cease and Desist if they hadn't. Things aren't groovy between Universal and Lugosi Estates.

Is the ribbon completely new, and only the medallion from the Sideshow one?

I used both the ribbon and medallion from the Sideshow version. Or you could always pick up a spool of 3mm ribbon if it's easier.
To remove the ribbon from the Sideshow shirt, just cut the pieces of thread holding it in place.
Attach the medallion to the ribbon by using a small length of thread glued to both parts.
Once you have the ribbon/medallion positioned to your liking on the KP dracula, use a few spots of fabric glue on the ends of the ribbon to hold it in place.

The medallion and the reason for no other figures has to do with licensing. KP have produced Bela Lugosi 'as' Dracula which more reflects the actor as he appeared in the stage play. The license is only for him, they do not have a licence to produce him 'from' the Universal movie Dracula, no Universal license means no other characters from those movies. The medallion is from the movie costume.

The Creature you bought was probably from Mondo and they have a movie license.

Really wish someone on Etsy would make 1/6 medallions. I really don't want to order the old sideshow Dracula, as I think the sculpt is horrendous and would likely just keep it's medallion and toss the rest.

Ok where did you get the medallion for Bela Dracula? I really need one for mine. It's driving me nuts to not have one on mine.
