With all the buzz this sandwich is getting, its even all over our news here in Canada, there is no doubt it will show up eventually.

Weird, i am sure our KFC's give you the choice between wedges or fries, and also here in Canada the fries are the exact same ones used for both KFC and Taco Bell.

Well i dont go to KFC alot but the ones in my area only have wedges. Canada wins again. And Taco Bell her doesnt sell fries.

There are no french fries in mexico. lol But I'm not sure if they do. hahaha We have something similar but its with nachos instead of fries.

Ever had a Monte Cristo?

I had one about a year ago and I could only eat half of it. I wasn't real thrilled with it either. And the one I had was completed dipped and deep fried.

Yea you can get Nacho supreme as well and just regular Nacho and cheese.

It does look pretty sick and it has about 24grms of fat but, its not too bad tasting...still i would rather eat a poutine over that.

All US Taco Bells had fries about 12 years ago. They were called Mexican cheese fries or something like that. They were around for less than a year I think. Then they got replaced by their Mexican potatoes, which I also think most US Taco Bells currently have.

Sorry about the quality of the pic. I took it yesterday (a few hours after eating my Double Down) with my cell phone. The SD card is not working in my phone and I'm too retarded to figure out how to get the picture off of it. So I took a picture of my cell phone with my camera later.


You can see organic produce over my right shoulder, and food supplements over my right. And if you look very closely you can see a little bulge under my chin... that's the Double Down!

Heh, no that's were I work. It's a little organic grocery store. I rent a room in the back, out of which I do massage therapy... and rub my greasy double down fingers all over people!

Yea, i eat Cordon Bleu from my butcher shop or M&M meats and it is oven cooked, batterless,has ham instead of bacon and its way healthier then anything on the KFC menu.

Cordon Bleu, both homemade or from the butchers should not be compared to this KFC fried sandwich. If you want to compare a fake ass cordon bleu from Arbys then fine but, even then its still better for you then this double down.

Believe it or not Val a typical chicken cordon bleu, homemade that is is pretty damn close. Amount Per Serving Calories: 419 Now that is with a normal serving size. I bet no ONE here would eat that size and say ok Im full. LOL! That's also without any sides. Did you know that if you eat red meat the serving size is supposed to be no bigger then a deck of cards? LOL! Who the hell eats like that? I sure don't and I look and feel just fine. Fitness to me is in the eye of the beholder. Skiman has nice big muscles. Granted he diets well and lifts mad weights. Does that make him more "in shape" and healthy than a marathon runner? I would dust Ski in a 3 mile and I smoke, drink, and eat like ____. Does that mean I'm perfect? LOL! Hardly. So really I just don't see it. That's why I think this thread is great! It's all good fun and the food tasted great!
