It was ok. I think I got a bad one....cuz the chicken was too pointy, and everything fell out.
Wish it had less cheese, and more sauce.

But doesn't the saturated fat come from the deep frying? Perhaps the grilled would be healthier in that respect.
Also, I had a thought... Those of you who think this thing is some kind of an abomination: Do you eat Chicken Cordon Bleu? = Chicken with pork and cheese in it.
Yea, i eat Cordon Bleu from my butcher shop or M&M meats and it is oven cooked, batterless,has ham instead of bacon and its way healthier then anything on the KFC menu.

I had one about a year ago and I could only eat half of it. I wasn't real thrilled with it either. And the one I had was completed dipped and deep fried.
