I love KFC. Had a 4 peice meal (drumsticks and thighs) extra crispy, with potato wedges, mashed potatos and gravy, biscuit and extra order of large mashed potatos and gravy for dinner tonigh. Hey I chose the name Darth_Fatso for a reason.

In all seriousness, I do love KFC but I rarely eat there. 1. It's expensive and 2. Their food is so damn fatning, I feel like I shave 10 years off my life everytime I eat there.

I stick with the grilled and watch the sides. We don't have a KFC around close to us, so I rarely get it anymore. Our's closed 2 years ago. Like anyplace else, there are good choices, you just have to make them. Sometimes I don't.

~~I'm hardly the embodiment of health and nutrition, but looking at that and hearing the anchor describe what makes it almost gets me sick to my stomach. I like how the nutritionist in the posted video says "If you're healthy, give yourself that rare treat..just don't make it a regular thing." Is she not aware of the % of obese or fat people in the nation?? They don't get that way by "rarely" visiting these places.

LOL! I just found it. Why does the counter say there is still another day left, yet it says 4/12?

If you look at the nutritional information at McDonald's, this sandwich has about the same calories/fat content as a Quarter Pounder with Cheese. It's even close to a large McD's fries.

People in the news are making this out to be terrible, yet people eat these other items regularly.
