Ki Adi Mundi: Jedi Master- Image Thread

I'm surprised you didn't get one Sean?

I did order him, but with Indy, BR Joker, bills, Christmas and some high, unexpected expenses this month, I'm cancelling anything that has to ship right now. I've cancell Rebel Trooper, Ki-Adi and ALIEN bust right now because I can't pay for them, I also cancelled JP dio last month for that reason. Once the new year comes and I'm back on a normal track, I'm going to pick up as many of the things I've cancelled as I can. Made sure to comment in my cancellations that all were due to too many things at once and that I intended to get it later. I'm glad Stormtroopers are delayed.

The pinkness under his eyes does look a bit worse in pictures, especially close up. In person he really has a pretty serene look, which works for the character. Although I think with a bit of tweaking you could get a pretty good angry face out of him.

The film makeup does have coloration in the eye sockets.

He does have a hood attached to his jacket that fits over his noggin... but it looks pretty ridiculous.

And his head is really not shiny in person, I think Old Ben has more of a sheen than Ki.

Yup, that hood isn't good. His head is already huge the hood makes it look even bigger.

True, although the figure its all below the eye, there it looks like it goes all around. Again, not a major issue. But I'm looking forward to seeing repaints

I'd like to see Josh work on one, his work on the Hasbro was stunning, an amazing level of detail.

He looks like he hasn't had any sleep in days. The coloring under the eyes just looks to extreme.

You'll be pleased to know then that I'll actually be swapping the SSC head for the Hasbro Repaint you did for me.

I just don't like the SSC head. It just seems off whereas the repaint that Josh did for me is spot on.

The SSC head is more ROTS than TPM as far as Ki-Adi is concerned.

That's good. I've learned not to get too upset about things that look less than great in pictures as they usually look better in hand. Plus I'm not really one that expects perfection (although maybe I should expect more than I do).

Re: Ki Adi Mundi 12-Inch Figure

Got him in this afternoon and added him to my Jedi shelf over the window in my office. He turned out nice, but I would have liked to see a robe and extra hand or two. Probably the most basic Jedi figure yet, but I got him with reward points and so think he was a good investment. He fits in well with the other prequel "background" Jedi characters and I'd be happy to buy a few more like Shaak Ti, etc.

Love the group photo. Hope for mine to arrive before the year ends.

I wonder which Jedi will we see next?

just got him. looks great. but i busted the ponytail off after less than 2 minutes of posing him. but it is now glued back on as good as new.

Thanks for the shots, Craw....he looks well-proportioned to me....the boots look fine.

Is the area under his eyes that red or is it just the pictures? Poor guy's lookin' like he's out on a pre-Order 66 bender or something.
