Apparantly they look at gamerscore aswell as length of time as member. Im at 7 years with 108k gamerscore.

Been a member since 2006... so 7 years. Have a gamerscore of 90k. Bought 3-4 360 consoles. I've bought a lot of games and DLC, avatars and themes. My gaming habbits have dropped from a few hours a day to a few hours a week since the birth of my daughter last year.
