New items from King Arts spotted at their new store. I'm intrigued by that 1/4 scale Hulkbuster but even more so by the IM gauntlet. I wanted an IM gauntlet since I first saw the first movie in 2008. The previous battle damaged one looks REALLY awesome, but just a bit TOO washed out if that makes sense, but man, I go back and forth with company. I can't keep my head straight.

I say this again, if that offer that cracked shield with a wall mount....I'm in. No questions asked.

Well, my original post about the first King Arts props was from July 17 of last year. The Shield and Arc Reactor started shipping a month or two ago so we are looking at less than an year from official announcement to shipping. That's very good. If they announce the gauntlet and hammer (the two items I want) this year we are probably looking at a next year release which I would be more than fine with.

It's actually quite refreshing to have a company manufacturing good movie props and shipping them in a timely manner. This hobby needed it that.

As someone who canceled a PO of the regular shield and got one for the BD version.. i really hope the final production piece isn't that washed out.

I think it's going to look really good regardless, but yeah, like I said before, I think it's almost TOO battle damaged/washed out. It's really a unique looking piece, but I'm starting to drool over that new pic of the 'Battle Damaged 2.0'.

No places at the moment for a decent price....Initially, BBTS had reasonable prices, but those even went up. Best bet is eBay or wait for another release wave, like the new battle damaged version that was recently unveiled.

Side note: I emailed KAs on this new shield. Let's see what happens. The one contact email on their site doesn't work anymore, so no guarantees, I guess.

I most intrigued by that clean shield. If it comes with that wall mount blue thingie, I want it. I'm thinking about selling my Lager in anticipation of that shield. Just wish we had some sort of confirmation.
