Look at that comparison pic and look at the pattern. It's not EXACT, though it does look similar. But, as i say, it doesn't look exactly the same.
I kinda hope it's not a dio, as i'm quite happy with my Weta statue, but as this is a dio and will (hopefully) have more characters on it.....it could be interesting.

I suspect you will be quite happy then. I just can't see that kind on detailing on a 1/9 scale statue....esp. when I look at that sleeve. I'm thinking 1/2 or 1/3 scale....and we all know what that means.

If this is an LSB, I would think that it will be coming a little down the road. With the Uruk-Hai and Boromir LSBs being announced so closely together (with projected shipping dates close as well) I think they should space them and throw in a few more PFs.

Legolas isn't due to sometime next year so if it is a PF, it won't be here till next summer.

Sideshow has already answered that there will not be any new PF's coming out this year. My guess is they will announce a PF sometime in 09 but it won't ship until '10. Saruman PF coming out for Spooktacular, that's my guess.

This should most definitely be a LSB and should be on display at SDCC, but I don't see it being shipped until late this year or early next.

There was no question it was going to be a dio, can't wait to see the whole layout, however its unfortunate that they couldn't include legolas or gimli in the dio.
