That's not saying much. The regular PF's head sculpt is pretty cool, but I was never much into everything else. Really stiff and unnatural looking pose and the base doesn't really strike me as something relevant to the character.

Koto says this is 1/6th, but he's only 11" tall. And it's not just that he's shorter, but there's also a difference in volume that makes him look small next to any actual sixth scale figure. I included a shot in my review for illustrative purposes. When Koto was first doing ArtFX (Star Wars) statues, they were advertised as 1/7th. This guy is similar in size to those, so that's why I called him 1/7th.

Not this one, but their ARTFX+ line definitely features an Asian JLU. I wonder how Cyborg is going to turn out.
