Wow He has some good size to him ...... changed my mind and will be buying him!

I need your help guys.
I have per-ordered it from BBTS and the shipping weight was listed as (7 LB) but today when it finally became "in stock" they changed the shipping weight to (16 LB) and they charged me $21 for shipping!!

If you bought it online can you help me and check your shipping invoice and tell me how much was the weight of your package?
because I checked it in Amazon and it's 6 LB only.

I have already inquired from BBTS but I am still waiting to get their reply.

Someone here posted that he is about 6 lbs so your safe to assume 7lbs. BBTS is a joke I try not to order from them... they're my last resort the only thing good about them is they'll back you if there's a manufacturer defect

I think the actaul statue itself is 6 pounds that thing is super heavy but I'm not sure will the box and everything, although I got impatient but amazon isn't bad to order from I've ordered many pieces from them and if the price drops within 7 days they Reimburse you whatever the difference was. And free returns!!!! Or exchanges

I found mine at my LCS for about $200 at the time it took me forever to find out anything about it and what it was worth online till after some major digging. I didn't know it would go for about 1K online. It was my 1st piece and my Grail as well as the reason I got into collecting statutes.

Is the Koto Avengers reborn iron man poly or pvc?

Actually the only reason that I keep pre-ordering from BBTS is the "pile of loot" feature they have and also sometimes they back-order some pieces that are not available anywhere else but I think it's time to cancel my other pre orders and go to Amazon or somewhere else.

You can keep orders in their warehouse for up to 6 months and they will combine it all in one shipment whenever you ask them to ship.

It is very good for collectors who live out of the states like myself because I use a freight forwarding address in the US and my forwarding company will charge me based on the number of shipments and the shipping weight.

Oh wow I had no idea that is really awesome, well honestly man my advice I've had no real bad experiences with amazon I think you should try it out, if you having some trouble with BBTS.

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone who owns this awesome statue can put up a quick video showing its features. Mine doesn't come in for another month so all I can do is look at photos and videos from previous events.

Thanks to anyone who is able to!

Got any comparison shots of the two Venom pieces?

Actually Cold Cast Porcelain and Polystone are two separate things.

Polystone is a compound made out largely of polyurethane resin mixed with powdered stone additives (a.k.a. Porcelain, mainly). Polystone is a cold cast material in which no heat is used (unlikely regular porcelain) for the manufacturing process. Polystone is cheaper, therefore is the preferred compound material for large scale statue production.

The only difference is the quality of the resin and the amount and type of stone additives. There are different variations of course.

Actually that again is incorrect.

You're confusing Cold Cast Porcelain with Polyresin.

Polystone is, yes, Stone additive mixed with Polythalene, not urathane. Polythalene is the most common of all the plastics and cheaper usually. The Stone additives in Polystone are not Porcelain, it's usually harder materials or depending upon how cheap the manufacture wants to be they can even use plaster.

Polyresin is basically the same thing, the difference is that Polystone has more stone additive and polyresin has more plastic resin.

Cold Cast Porcelain is Polyurathane mixed with porcelain powder, hence the name. All three are cold cast but mixed differently with different additives.

That's why they call all three something different, and not an AKA. Anyone who tries to sell you something different is probably ripping you off on materials.
