For me, 1/6 is a good scale to collect because you can have more statues since they take up less space. They generally cost less too if you pre-order them compared to the larger scales.

So with you on this!
I have nothing against a good PF but for me the sweet spot of detail/size/price is 1:6 and 1:5.

And the details are so much better. Now the paint is a different story but I personally think Erick is putting out overall the best quality statues and I'm now on board.

Funny how I saw these 1/6 and the details are better than a PF.

I love PF, but this is a great new direction for me since SS is not making me happy now.

Yes, PFs are ideal for getting great detail if you have enough space to display all of them. On the flip side, the size of the PFs can magnify any shortcomings on the quality control side. I guess it's a double-edged sword in that sense.

I'm happy that there are some options on the 1:6 and 1:5 scale although I hope that Sideshow will release more items in those scales so we'll have even more options. I guess I'm being greedy... :lol

Erick is doing a phenomenal job. I've become a big fan of the quality of his work. In addition, he listens to his fans whenever they have feedback, whether it's good or bad.

Erick is leaving after 2 years (I think) because he already started his own company called Prototype Z. So far his new company's major license is Street Fighter.

Wow I wasn't aware that the tongue is removable on this piece that pretty cool. It actually looks just as good and reminds me of the Todd era when he was being drawn without a tongue but still looks vicious.

Has it been confirmed that the feat of the tongue being removed is a part of the final product. I'm assuming its magnetized. Anyone have any confirmation on this?

I personally love the statue, I have a few Koto's Amazing Spidey and Wolverine. If it is like those it wont be a magnet but a peg like attachment ........very fragile.
