Brilliant animation on that trailer , you can see the emotions of characters , something I've noticed in red dead redemption slightly and it makes you feel more involved to me.

Although older GTA games were fantastic having these great story lines paired with these incredible graphics should make for some amazing games.

Cell shaded look not your thing?

It has a stylized look, but looks amazing to me...the characters look, sound great and fully realized.

Ive had this on preorder for about 6 months, so longest wait ever!

Major case of "the uncanny valley" with this one. It almost looks like the characters facial features are too big for their heads...
I'm sure this sort of facial capture technology will improve with time but at this stage I actually prefer the more stylised look of games like Heavy Rain, Uncharted and Half Life 2. You don't get that feeling of something being not quite right with those games.

Still the facial animation is just one part of a larger picture, I'm sure it will otherwise be an excellent game.

Yeah I see what you mean... it can be kind of distracting (the body animation still look a bit, "blocky" at times, it doesn't have the subtle details in movement the facial animations have), but it'll be interesting to see this develop more.
