Don't know what is going on with yours, mate. I'm in Australia and had it on flex as well, final payment was charged back around the 25th, and it actually arrived here today.
Perhaps it's a split shipment?
Either way, you might want to try dropping Sideshow a line, find out what is going on.

Haha, yeah I love WarCraft III and WoW and I'm HUGE on WarCraft lore so Arthas is a big must for me and if they do more from the game I'm probably all in.

Edit: About 5 minutes after this posting; UPS rolled onto my street. Woo-Hoo! No damage that I can see. Slight smudge on right back of arm. I'll be taking a couple shots of her soon.

I have to get rid of all my customers, then I'll shutdown the gates and will primarily work on him. He's on hold for a bit but I still have all of his assembly line parts for the run. He will happen, just been really busy with all the custom work.
Plus the sideline gigs with companies and other artists in collaborations but it's only part time, since I have my full time job as well to take care of.

Glad to be of pleasure. It's amazing what the right lighting, a half way decent point and shoot digital camera, and a tripod can do, though.
Oh yeah, and I've recently (after I made a new user profile) started to slightly edit my pics with Picasa. Just contrast correction, sharpness, and (as needed) rotation correction.
