Hey did anyone has luck getting replacement base for a big chip? I really hate chips on my statues. If it was something small I'm fine, but this chipnis not small. I paid a premium for this ex so I want this fixed. She is still for sale so no reason to say none in stock. Anyone get a response about their chip base?

The problem is you have a EX (as do I). So those are numbered. This would mean you would need to send it back (not sure if they want it all). So the brown box, main box, and base all have the same numbers on them. If they don't match then you don't have a EX.

Keeping that in mind. You need to really called SSC and see what they have to say about this issue. Again with the numbering you are going to need it back for a new one. My Lady Death no problems. But I don't put my items (Toys) under a microscope like most do (not saying you did but I have seen people post like they do).

If I was you, I would call SSC after you read this. If they sell out on the EX, the only thing they can replace it with is a reg.

Peg on the upper half of my sythe was broken. That's a temp fix I did so at least I can display her until SS sends me replacement parts.

I still haven't heard back from them.

It's okay I guess but I had to pull off the top part, the blade part of it so I could rotate the position as the pole is now permanentlyattached to the arm part.

They did a house cleaning about a month or so ago. As far as I know there is only one person now. Daniel, I think Ashley? was shown the door. The same goes with CS people. Sad part is they people that had any idea what they where doing seem to be gone (most of them) and the Lame ones that only know how to read the same, info we can (on the web) are there.

Why I am on a rant, they also seem to want to just refund the money or offer a token discount. I was at Target today, the new Iron Man Stuff looks nice and cost less then shipping. On any SSC item.
