That is the major problem with US Company's and in some place workers. They want Droids (I know I know). Not people that make them money. I know this is way off topic but SSC is going down in a hard way. In short I would not buy stock in them, if I had stock in them (I don't see them selling any?) I would sell it. It has little to do with the price of any item. They are trying to saving money, this means cutting the workforce. When a company does that, well can anyone remember Hostess?
You don't let your top people go, as far as I know there is only one left beside Mike (I think he has a stock in the company $$$) left. An Butter stock.
Top it off, they seem to hit the collectors where it hurts. They will tell you, well we will just refund you the item. This makes the collector not want to call about a item. Lets face it, the person that has the bad Lady Death its cheaper for them to send a UPS/Fedex Label (About $10 to $15 us $) then to replace it. You are not going anywhere and they know this by now.

Just because I'm not a fan rumors. Although we (I am) were sad for recent departures of some from the Sideshow family, they decided to finally take the leap into career fields/paths they were very passionate about for quite awhile and so far they are having a blast an their new journeys.
All customers are welcome (and encouraged) to contact us if they are ever unhappy with an item they received from us recently. If the piece arrived damaged then please contact our returns department to see what can be done (replacements may not always be possible it's true for various reasons and in that case the customers can opt return their piece for a refund).

I just want replacement parts of my damaged Lady Death and I'll be happy.
It seems to take a lot longer these days to get these parts.
I'm hoping that's because you guys are wildly successful and that's why you seem to be so busy lately.

Yeah I kind of agree. I filled out 2 returns forms, one more than a week ago, and have yet to hear back :/ (I did leave a voicemail yesterday).
Alex you're great and do a great job here with what you're given. But to us consumers lately it fills like SSC seems to be cutting costs drastically.
Statues are more hollow (hollower?), CS reps get reduced and as a result take longer to reply, partial refunds go from $40-50 to a $20 coupon.... all the while Comiquettes are now $350, PFs average $400 and QC seems down as well.
It just feels rough to us.
