dude... europe? I can request a call-back but it's ridiculous that we would need to actually call to get our money back. Live chat used to be sufficient to get stuff done...
SSC is really pulling my leg on my refund... I explicity told them that we want our money back. No reply after we send the pictures so yesterday evening (for us) we used the live chat. Turns out they got our replacement ready to ship but were waiting for us to return our pieces.
when we told them we got them destroyed because we wanted our money back (even got a 'please destroy' email previously), they kept insisting that we should take the replacements.
Not only is it getting harder to get a good piece at all, or any replacements, now they don't even want to refund?
Why not just keep her(if you get a good one), I think she's a great statue

No Problems at all with the body , just 2 little paint rubs on the base which is covered with her boots,..so not really a problem -
such a great piece all in all.
Lucky you, I finally got a reply from SS about the problem with mine and they are "searching for a replacement". If this thread is anything to go by they won't find one and I will have to return it and decide if I want to re-order it and try again. Hopefully they find something though.
What problems did you have with her?
Many chips, some in very noticible areas(like right on top of the front hair piece and on one breast). What looks like a hairline crack or a deep scratch around one leg. There was also a bad damage repair or very poor paint application on her inner thigh front to back between her legs. I also had a bad heel that was sideways from where it should have been. I think that was it
that's terrible. Makes me all nervous about eventually picking this piece up but eventually I'll probably just bite the bullet and grab her.
Well, finally got my reply from SS. No mention of if there are replacement parts for me or not(so I assume not) and a measly offer of $35 refund, which is kind of insulting as just their lost shipping charges would be at over $60 if I return her. Guess she goes back, but I will try calling in to give them one more chance.
I would wait until they confirm of there is a replacement. They are responsible for shipping back if its a defective product. I can't believe they offer only $35.
Going by info earlier in this thread, those who also had problems with the body were told replacements are no longer offered. I assume that is what is happening with mine and they just did not want to say that. I hope that is not the case, but we shall see.
