Fourth Quarter.
Figured I'd post to let folks know, I missed getting the Ex. on PPO day by a few moments and ended up with a Wait List order, it converted last night, so anyone in a similar situation, I'd say this is a good sign of your chances if you haven't converted yet.

I had thought that they might use velcro or buttons to keep the cape on, but wire is even better. It will look very natural hanging over his shoulder and can easily be taken off without having to look at a strip of velcro or buttons on the back of his collar.

Nice video...great looking figure. The outfit (especially the cape) look top-notch...also like the pleather trim on the shirt.

Lando's cape looks awesome and so does the belt. Hope the final paint looks that good.
It is. But the proto tunic on Luke looked soooooo much nicer. "expense" was definitely spared.

If it was, I wonder if it was to accomodate the cost of the stormtrooper blaster which they originally hadn't intended to include with him.
I would hope not.

I'll take an extra essential accessory over a material nitpick any day. And if I was going to complain about an expense that wasn't spared, I'd complain about the lack of a blastshield helmet. That would qualify as falling short by my standards, but I understand that it would have made a much pricier figure, unless they ate the cost, which I wouldn't ask of any company. Especially one as small as Sideshow.
The look of the tunic in the proto was as close to the movie as it could get, so the authentic look of Luke's clothes took a hit. I disagree that a ST blaster would be essential for ep4 Luke.(when one could use one from another figure especially) And a ST belt shoulda been included then with it if were talking essentials. I would think getting his overall look down right would be top priority. Of course with the greenish hair, the tunic, and the heavy paint the figure wasn't going to look like the proto anyways. Such is SS i guess.
