Me too. Most of the time I love spoilers. I like SW but not super-fan. But as the "fan event" got closer decided to *try* to go in spoiler-free. ~36 hours to go.

At this point I don't know much except what was in the trailers.

I guess I could talk about that once again my "fan event" IMO is disappointingly cheap re swag. I think I get a poster. I wish it was one of those metal popcorn buckets or even a plastic one. Or a cup. *I feel so betrayed*

I hope the Black Panther and Infinity War trailers are shown. BP is amazing on big screen; wanna see IW on big screen too. Can't imagine what it's gonna be like trying to avoid IW spoilers (thanks again for that, Marvel, re showin' the IW movie in the U.S. so late)

Re the SW trailer luv the new creatures - porgs and crystal fox. Hope some enterprising company does the fox as a collectible. Preferably higher-end (not like I'm rich but watched the featurette video on the fox and a lot of work was put into it). Guess real glass is too much to hope for.

And I know I'll be seeing this at least twice in theater re holiday family stuff. (Oh, and angsting over whether I'll want to get an HT Kylo just because of the head sculpt even tho TFA Kylo looks great on the shelf as is - and whether I'll ever pick up TFA Finn 'coz don't think much of the production head sculpt but like the look in the jacket.)

Final thought - in Ragnarok in Sakaar there was that big tower honoring the gladiators - and then I thought, far as I know re Rogue One, aside from the line about the Bothans, no-one so far ever mentions the heroes who stole the plans for the Death Star (who weren't Bothans anyway).

Which IMO kinda sux. It would be nice at some point IMO that the rebels were mentioned in some way in Star Wars someplace, yah know, like in LOTR where Galadriel sez "Even the smallest person can change the course of the future". I mean SW could have a line like "***years ago a small group of rebels gave their lives to topple the greatest evil" or something like that in one of these films.

By TFA I could see the Rogue One rebels having become a myth like Luke - a story many know but by TFA it's a legend without a lot of details.
