Actually it's the lack of... GodzillaI can understand people not being impressed with the trailer, the lack of dialogue doesn't give much for them to get into.

That's exactly what anyone in his mind would expect from Edwards and so far he deliversProbably won't see it in trailers until it's out, maybe not even then.
Although I agree, this better not be like Transformers and the human characters take all the screen time.
Decided to make it a Godzilla night tonight. Going to watch the original 1954 Gojira and maybe Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah (1991) after that. Or maybe Godzilla: Millennium. Not sure.
Brace yourself, between the cost of CGI and history, Godzilla tends to occupy about 1/3 of screen time in all his movies, even less sometimes.

The darkness humanity brings upon itself must count for something.
It's all about timing and visuals.
