Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

I didn't have time to put the whole thing together but I did start. Looks sweet, but I wish it had a Tauntaun in it too.

Oh, icruise, I got that Lego book the other day. Very, very fun book, and even cooler since it cost about 13 bucks shipped and came with a cool minifig. Thanks! :rock

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

i got the pearl for $70 + tax. it was the only one i saw at 2 different wm and 1 target. target did have the scorpion pyramid from their egyptian themed line for like $45 but it was sold out.

the wampa/snowpseeder set and the landspeeder set are probably two of my favorite sw sets atm.

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

My son and I just finished putting together this joint Christmas present. It's pretty cool, and a nice size (hard to tell that in pictures).

So, on the cockpit side there's only the one vent on the section that runs down that side of the ship. I looked at it yesterday and thought my cat somehow took a part off the damn thing... Which would be just about impossible for multiple reasons. Yet I still looked around like an idiot for a part that wasn't even there.

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

Keep your _____ in check. I might have the piece if you can show me what it looks like.

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

Sorry, my post was vague. There's only one vent on that side but when I looked at it after a few days I instantly thought there MUST be two, but there's not. It's just odd.

It's the little circular parts with the vent sticker. There's three of them, two on the left of the ship and one on the right. They're on the pieces of the top of the ship that don't flip up and run across the middle with the turret.

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

Yeah, there's only one. That's how it is on the actual Falcon.

Yeah, I know now... but when I first noticed it this massive OCD attack kicked in. I was looking everywhere like a madman till I finally thought about looking to see if there even was a second vent on that side. :panic: I felt like quite the moron after. :lol

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

Yup. That would be the one... I have it though. Nothing is missing, outside of the time I wasted looking for something that was never there.

:lol i did that the other night while putting together one of the new soldier story sets. was looking for a piece of his rifle, looking, looking, looking...and had already attached it. :monkey1

Re: LEGO Star Wars - anyone?

BTW, is the Wampa set snowspeeder fullsize (ie: fits two pilots) or is it just a one-seater?

I really want the Wampa, but I don't really need another Snowspeeder, especially if its a dinky one.

I only just put together some of the cockpit but it does look as if it's a two-seater... I was hoping to use the extra pilot that came with the Advent calender as the gunner. I can let you know tonight, after it's together.

That one... I know I offended Deak's Lego honor; but still he ignores me :monkey2

I have some spare parts. I'll see if I can find anything.
