Leia as Boushh - Priority Pre-Order (August 4th at 10AM PDT)

I don't think it woud include the dog. Something that big would have been at SDCC. I mean they had Jabba's frog snack that comes with Bib there. He should have been in the creature pack instead of that frog thing that was outside Jabba's palace eating the exclusive.

I'm passing on this one too. Passed on Jabba,and I am sure we'll get another (hopefully better) Leia down the road. Not to imply this is a bad figure in any way, but it is just not how I think of Leia in the ilms or how I want her represented in my collection.

I hear ya.

Though this for me was the representation of her I wanted most. We always get her in the white dress from ANH so this I wanted to be the first one in the 12" line because it was different. Passing on Jabba though Darth that's just nuts!

Leia Boushh may actually be the first one that I pass on. I also think Slave Leia is the one to place with the Jabba Throne, but I don't know if/when she'll be done. So I'm not sure about Boushh yet...

I know I was when i first saw the pictures I thought the frog thing from outside the palace was Bubo but then I realized it wasnt. Oh well maybe he will come with another figure from the Palace one day.

If it looked good enough I wouldn't really care about the price that much, besides it didn't seem to raise the price of the Hot Toys figures any.

I think they need to just come up with a more realistic female body that can be used for Slave Leia, Arena Padme, and Alaya Secura. I hope we get another Leia late next year early 2008.

The break down part I have no idea about.

Aren't the hot toys rambo figures over $100 bucks though? I wouldn't mind paying something like that for a Slave Leia as long as the skin would last for as long as I own the figure.

I wouldn't mind paying $100 for her either, but I really don't think it would add to the cost of the figure that much. They'll save some money on the outfit, 'cause there's hardly one there and I can't really think of a whole lot of accessories she would come with besides the chain around her neck.

Either way, it won't be happening anytime soon I'm sure. There's tons of other figures to made and I'm willing to wait.

Thanks for the info never paid much attention to the Rambo stuff. I agree it will be a while before we see that version of her if ever for that matter so I'm not worried.

I'm pretty happy with the way Triad bodies look. Hopefully Sideshow will release a new line of bodies with that kind of style.

I skipped Jabba and Bib, put I'll probably go for this one. Gotta hand it to Sideshow, pretty gutsy and cool move making the first Leia the Boushh version. The Carrie Fisher HS looks great.

Plus, it's damn cool getting a bounty hunter.

Even if the Sideshow body for Leia is the old one - I'd be looking to swap it out for a triad body when they become available - provided the heads are compatible.

I always thought Boushh should have had a blaster in addition to the energy pike and thermal detonators.
