Wasn't planning on scooping this bad boy up as I have the HT on PO. Call it my inner child (we can all relate), but growing up, GI JOE, ROBOCOP, and STAR WARS were my go to collections. When I saw this at my local shop (Bedrock City, Love you guys!) and asked to see an unboxed yet broken slap) display I was sold! I had picked up the newly released Robo on Blu Ray that has the extra commentary and making of clips as well as the new robo toy from Jada, so I thought why not give this bad boy a little reference! I haven't had the opportunity to really play and give it a proper once over, but I will soon! 2014 is a great year to be a ROBOCOP fan! I don't care how pathetic the new film is building up to be, all I know is its garnering interest from companies to remake the classic, and that is were we all win! 1/4 Enterbay, 1/6 HT etc....Im going broke this year, worth it!

Big Bad Ric Boy.

Got my first X-Plus figure on its way from Japan and its GIGANTIC. I found the Ric Boy exclusive GMK Gigantic Godzilla and ordered that badboy! I kept looking and looking and finally snagged one. Should be here in a couple of weeks.

Found this one by looking at someone's profile and saw it amongst the recent forum activity listed there. I otherwise had no intentions of going into the thread in question. Clearly the forum wants us to find them. The fates have pleased it so.

Well I received this bad boy today and I absolutely love him. There's so many posing options with this guy that is was tough to decide what I wanted to do. I ended up going with a 'what if' scenario in which Celtic beat Grid and then Scar synced back with him shortly after. You can see Celtic is exactly how he would be post-battle with Grid. No chest armor, battle damaged mask, no spear, gun, and his wristblades are inverted. I was also able to remove the left thigh armor with no problems at all I just gently pulled it up and came off really easily so now he's more movie accurate. I also chose this pose so my display has more variation amongst the two. I like the simple look of Celtic with minimal armor (ala the original Preds).

FINALLY got my shipping notice for this bad boy from SSC! Now the long wait until Tuesday.

I generally exhaust my daily quota, which is around 8 or 9. It's got easier in the last week or so as the traffic around here has picked up since the January hols. The novelty of handing out rep hasn't quite worn off yet, though I'm using it more and more of late for cool posts - which automatically includes any in this thread
