Badass.

You look like you're about to do your DX02 neck Mod on someone :horror

:rotfl:lol:rotfl:lol

Just joking Ski. I couldn't even do one with a third of that weight. You're a beast!

I was telling Nam, I usually do 180lbs more on top of that, back whenever I was younger I used to be able to do a
gym.gif
1000lbs Hack Squat and around 1200-1300lbs Leg Press

but the wife had me build a "retaining wall" (DAMN MUD) the night before so my back and legs were all ready jacked before that morning.

I'll have to tape another vid with the added weights on there, I'll get it for 10 reps this time, perhaps next week :rock

So many of my friends that lifted/squatted big weights in their 20's and 30's are all walking around today with bad knees and backs, some believe that it's because of all those heavy weights :horror

:lecture I'm very lucky that I have some of strongest knees to my name, I was always very careful to lift with legs and keep your back straight.

IMO, it's all from bad form. Form is very key to longevity.

You are right about the form but all it takes is a lost of concentration and one bad form just once and there it is.

I had horrible form, i'm a mess....:lol

Just becareful Ski-ster, you really should stick to Yoga :lol

Yep, you have to know your limits, one thing should tell yah all ready if I can hold that amount of weight on my shoulders while video taping :lol I'm pretty comfortable in the surroundings.

I've seen ppl put on too much weight and saw some horrible disasters in my day. I've always been the person to say "lift smart" and "within your means"

You'll have to worry about me whenever I start stacking people amongst the weight on top of the sleds because the pegs are complete full :lol that might be a time start worrying :lol :duff

I would love to see Hulk PF's attached to a barbell on each end, like 6 green Hulks on the left and 6 grey Hulks on the right :lol

Someone needs to do that, but whom.....hmmmm......:lol

THAT, my friend, I might not risk :lecture :lol

not my precious HULK PF's :monkey2

edit: never thought of it that way, each of those plates are basically the same weight as "1" HULK PF :lol

Good to know. :lecture

I mean really, really good to know.

I saw the most disturbing weight lifting mishap ever, once upon a time on rotten.com. It's always in the back of my head when I lift something heavy.

The horror...the horror...

I had you pegged as being above rotten.com.

But I am pretty sure I know what one you mean...I saw it there too.:monkey3

Me and my little princess on a lunch date :love

It's funny. Within the last week my father-in-law (who was a bodybuilder for years) said 'there is never a reason to do a hack squat' or something to that effect, because of the potential knee damage. He was in favor of leg presses though.

I saw a powerlifter's hand split open. That was nasty enough! :lol
