I haven't had any issues with TOTS at all apart form they dont respond to their contact us form on their website. If you tag them in a post on their page they usually reply.

and it’s getting ridiculous. Some being negative since the day ToTs announced the doll, second guessing every single decision. Coming from Sideshow & PCS, 3 months delay is nothing. We are getting replica doll at 500$ within few weeks/months, we should be happy.

as someone that forked over the money for the Kickstarter Campaign, i'm getting a kick out of all of the comments and negative feedback regarding wait times and no final shipping date. I find it hysterical. These people didn't want to jump on the KS campaign, and PO at BBTS and other places that didn't require you to pay in full...take the good with the bad.

and Rufian, the majority of the people that bought this doll are collectors...maybe not Sideshow collectors but they are most definitely collectors in some form of the word.

Did you guys check out their new catalog for 2019...some cool new stuff. Like Necronomicon with pages, Horror Christmas ornaments, the 78 mask and the Brute mask mikey wore in the Camaro in part 5. I got my eyes on all of those. The new masked robber gremlin doesn't do it for me.

Makes no sense. The people complaining are people who bought from tots website directly where you are charged upfront. Why people who bought from retailers complain. They knew very well it would take forever that way.

They’re quick to charge your credit card but all preorders can’t be cancelled or returned. They want payment months in advance. What if a financial situation arises and you need to cancel your orders. They should give you a certain timeframe after your purchase where you can cancel if you want.

I Wanted to cancel so i could buy the $450 sale from a retailer I wouldn’t have mind waiting but I paid $540 total which like $100 more than what I could’ve gotten it so I want my good guy to arrive when they promised

I said look, I want the fastest shipping option, and will Kickstarter be faster. Their response was both ship at the same time. This is why I am mad at them for that reason, if I had known KS was first, id have taken it.

You saved £50? Just be patient.

I understand you feel wronged by TOTS but if you ordered the KS version u wouldnt be mad at them.

I do this all the time. I run the numbers get the info and try to figure out getting the least expensive way for me to get the same thing. In the end it ALWAYS all comes out on the wash...and most of they running around is just wasted energy

You and MANY others could’ve saved yourselves a lot of aggravation by just ordering the thing when it went up at KS.

The KS orders were a special thing. These people helped fund the project. It’s only right the supporters got theirs first.

If you and everyone were sooooooo serious about getting your Doll as soon as possible why didn’t you pledge at KickStarter?

I am not upset they are getting it first I am upset about it not being made clear from the start.
My supplier was told by TOTS February, they were only told KS only first last month. Thats my issue.

How would they possibly ship everything together at the same time? They going to have 100000000 people working to ship them all on the same day? kickstarter orders where places before TOTS or BBTS orders because they went up for pre order on those sites at a later time of course kickstarter will ship first its only logical.

sucks if you bought this doll from a supplier, if they're shipping kickstarter on Febraury, with all thesee order, the tots website orders will arrive in March for sure, and all the people who bought from online vendors, would probably receive it in April

aside from that $450 sale from that monsters site, these retailer were selling it for the same price as tots, maybe cheaper shipping, but not really, what they did is sell the kickstarter editions for $550-650 which is ridiculous, straight up profiting on top of the profit they already got as I'm sure they bought these dolls in bulk and got a huge discount

I only want the holographic sticker but if they put inside the box, what's the point you cant even remove it without ruining

On instagram I asked if supplier stock will be shipped after KS and they said yes so it sounds like KS orders first and then all other orders. My supplier saying March for my order.
Although anything could happen now.

I bought kickstarter but now that i know my local supplier will sell TOTS goodies i will buy scarred chucky and tifanny locally as its cheaper for me. I full accept that kickstarters would be shipped first that is the right thing to do and it will be no issues to me at all.

Kickstarter from the start was promoted as a option too get more exposure with a few extra items. Never once was it said that the special treatment Would involve having items shipped out weeks in advanced, if some of us was aware of this we would have pledged. I had no interest what so ever in pins and a sticker, infact they was cheeky to even ask for £50 more, considering I was paying £500 for the doll. Please don’t come back at me saying it’s my own fault because it’s not. Now if it was a situation where I knew KS shipped first then I’d agree I’m stupid too b complaining as it’s my own fault. At the end of the day they are in the wrong for not being open about what’s what from day 1. I’m frustrated at not being told the full story. At this stage I’m used to the idea of what I’m getting, it’s out of my hands now. It is going too make me think twice about my future purchases, I don’t like buying something that’s not been told the full picture. I hear ya. I had a bad experience a while back. Bought a mask it never came. Gave me a refund only after I called and said where is the mask?

Aside from that I think they’re a good company with cool products. They are a young company, pretty small and they process a LOT of orders. I understand being annoyed because it is annoying but don’t let it sour your opinion of the company. I think they’re doing a great job. They give us really nice pieces for the money and they are slowly turning into a collectible company imo.
